KiS now runs a series of feedback services to clients. By phone, email or freepost, client communities are able to give confidential feedback via KiS, the data of which is processed and managed with regular reporting back to the client. It’s an effective means of gauging what’s happening within the client’s marketplace. Monthly reports are presented where trends are often detected enabling clients to fine tune their product and service offerings. |
